Great. This is my second week at work which i am on mc today since i had a very serious gastric pain this morning. So everythings going fine but last night there were a group of 6 teens comming to my outlet for dinner which were from paragon outlet. There are no guidelines on how are you gonna hold your food and me, its my usual way of swinging my food up and down as i walk. The staffs from paragon were lauging at me and i even heard this very very insulting word saying if this fat guy in paragon sure jia lat liao la.. So there i was the runner, serving food to customers and i, obviously pissed just throw the food saying the name of the food and fuck off! They complained me at the end of the day saying i was rude. So by putting the food on the table and telling them the name of the food means rude? Fuck him! Just last week, a very firmilar face turned up at Spageddis not remembering him untill i turned the tv on around mid night seeing that guy in a chef jacket. Oh! Otto Wiber! Shit! But that dumb ang mo seemed very very happy with my performance. A 40+ year old region in charge of the F & B was happy with my service but this 16, 17 year old kids talking so much? Fuck them! Hey hey, i am a chef you ass. I am gonna go down paragon and let your manager knee down and say sorry for the fuckingly rubbish service my staffs provide you. Let me give you my more sincere apologies.

Knew some really nice people as well as some dumbass and bitches.

Right. Good news first. Fiona, Christene, Miao qian are really nice people whom i have worked with for the most of my days there apart from christene a cute little girl who taught me some stuffs on my first day. As well as the dumb nepalist and Crayson who i love love disturbing wahahaha. My ktv is now starting at spageddis and not thinking of ending it.

Also, dumbass and bitches like Gloria the supervisor. Takes credit, never, ever help to clear tables and orders around. People are busy clearing tables and she is there showing a fuckingly bad image of the restruant anyway. Sweet mouthing the customers with she saggy breast. Dumb Philipino.

Frank. A fucking dumb mainland china ass who just siam. Like a phantom, time to clear tables, lost. When comes to eat, he will always be the first. Working with him sucks!!!

Great. The first time i am gonna write bout my new working place; as a waiter in Spageddis, tangling mall.

Getting a call 2 sundays before, by a guy who he claimed to be the manager of the restruant telling me to go work on Monday which i have only filled its application form on friday. So there i was being a runner bringing food to tables, telling them what it was and enjoy their meal. Was like, what??!! Enjoy your meal? Fuck! You better do before i will make you into another rotissier which you are eatting.

So its 2 weeks since i have started work, working only weekdays. Got promoted within 5 days, getting my uniform and out to the floor. Taking orders, getting customers strange request like can you give me the recipe of this sauce? Please! I am a chef and i used to be one. So there i was explaning how is cheese fondue is made, what cheese it uses, what wine to melt the cheese are getting the best effect, etc which made lots of customers very happy for the information treat.

Smile is a MUST to all customers which i am like fuck! why shall i smile at this looser that check his reciept and grumble about the cress charges, the service charges which he has truely got a good service i strongly believe.

And 2 weeks working there, my ‘pattern’ come out already. Singing to all. Yes! I mean all staff. Wahahaha

Overall, i dont see any politics in this stupid restruant serving italian food. And, i obviously dont wanna see it!

Right. Came back from Hong kong for 2 weeks already. And right now, back to blog sick! Sick again! 4th time in 30 days! First, chicken pox from 5th July, 11th july high fever, 17th july into the hospital for nose bleeding and now, a flu. shit!

Anyway, i am no longer at bliss but at Spageddis as a WAITER! hahaha serious. But promotion came very fast here. Working for my 5th day, i got my uniform unlike others, 3 weeks! With that buggar so happy about me but me, good! i can take advantage of you and go smoke later on. Mixing up Primavera and Parmigiana telling customers wrong things and i acually am taking orders which lots of those guys came earleier than me still have not touched that point, doing a runner position serving salads, main course and deserts. So great! $5.50 an hour, go work if i feel like to… Just my type of job! But no more ktv and dancing king liao. wahahaha
